The challenge:
To help them to compete and retain users, Nokia Siemens Networks wanted to enter the market of PC soft phones with SIP technology for ISPs and operators.
Fjord’s role:
We benchmarked and designed the original application, which has now gone through several releases. Fjord also introduced a framework that united product development and marketing, making roadmapping future releases easier.
Our approach:
We worked for several weeks on location with the developers, including several rumbles with the client to generate ideas.
Result:
2 successful releases so far.
