The challenge:
NewBay’s LifeCache service is one of the key solutions that NewBay offers its operator clients. The service allows users to create, store, view and share user-generated content. Fjord was asked to conceive and design a generic application on top of existing NewBay server architectures, resulting in an experience that is strong enough to be white labelled by carriers, but flexible enough to customise.

Service concept, visual and interaction design.
Our approach:
Intensive workshops helped to probe the opportunity and resources. Fjord then presented a service concept and worked in quick, agile iterations to refine it in lockstep with NewBay’s existing software engineering process.
Result:
A polished design, delivered on time and on budget, that has flexed to changing requirements and is set to be released worldwide in Q4 2008.
